Totem Pole Puzzle Activity

Six illustrations depicting ancient poles from four Nisga’a village sites provide the basis for the puzzle activities, which have three levels of difficulty to choose from. The puzzles are put together by clicking and dragging on the pieces to where they fit.

Once the viewer has completed the puzzle, they determine which village site it was raised in by choosing (clicking on) one of four villages located on a map of the Lisims River. They are then connected to a brief summary of information that is known about the ancient pole and village as well as further links to follow within the site for more detailed information and photographs.
